Фирмата е основана през 1991 година като частна семейна компания специализирана в продажбата и дистрибуцията на морски продукти. В годините Алексфиш е разширявала дейността си непрекъснато. През 2013 година компанията отваря своя собствена производствена и логистична база в ж.к. Враждебна, където се преработва основно сьомга и други видове риба, за направата на сурови и пушени филета с най-модерните машини в световен мащаб.
Днес компанията е вносител и производител на морски и суши продукти от повече от 30 страни по целия свят. Към момента асортимента надхвърля 1400 продукта в категории замразени, охладени, сухи и нeхранителни продукти. Продукцията на компанията се разпространява успешно във водещите ресторанти, хотели и хипермаркети в България. Като също така се извършва износ към 5 страни от Европейския съюз.
